【職位摘要】 本職位致力於為 Commercial Team (IBEX, KAM, ACA) 提供高效的行政與活動後勤支援。同時,負責管理客戶退換貨流程與非價格類客訴,並協助內部價格稽核文件準備,確保商業營運流程的合規與順暢。
【主要職責】
1. 行政與活動統籌
- 會議與行程管理: 負責跨部門會議安排、差旅預訂及每月部門費用報銷核銷流程。
- 外部活動執行: 協助執行外部研討會與客戶活動,包含場地搜尋與預訂、餐飲安排及現場供應商聯繫。
2. 客戶服務與退換貨管理
- 退換貨流程執行: 客戶或業務提出的退換貨需求,確認符合公司政策後,協調物流商進行處理 。
- 非價格類爭議處理: 處理關於產品狀況(如:包裝損毀、效期爭議、到貨數量不符)之客訴案件,協調內部相關部門調查與解決。
3. 商業流程與稽核支援
- 採購與付款流程: 執行供應商建檔、請購單 (PR/PO) 建立、發票核銷與付款進度追蹤。
- 統籌產品異動之對外訊息發布,確保經銷商與客戶能即時獲取正確資訊。
【任職要求】
- 學歷經驗: 大學以上畢業,具 2 年以上 業務助理、客戶服務或營運行政相關經驗。
- 專業技能:
- 熟練 Excel 文書處理(需具備報表整理能力)。
- 具備 SAP / ERP 系統 操作經驗者優先。
- 核心特質:
- 細心與合規意識: 能精準整理稽核所需文件,確保資料正確無誤。
- 高抗壓性: 能獨立面對客戶退貨需求與客訴溝通,情緒管理佳。
- 溝通能力: 擅長跨部門溝通協調,能同時應對多方需求。
Job Title: Commercial Administrator
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Administrative & Event Coordination
- Meeting & Schedule Management: Coordinate cross-functional meeting arrangements, business travel bookings, and manage the monthly expense claim reimbursement process.
- External Event Execution: Assist in executing external seminars and customer events, including venue sourcing and booking, catering arrangements, and on-site vendor liaison.
2. Customer Service & Returns Management
- Return & Exchange Execution: Process return and exchange requests from customers or sales representatives; verify compliance with company policy and coordinate with logistics providers for processing.
- Non-Price Dispute Resolution: Manage customer complaints regarding product conditions by coordinating with internal departments for investigation and resolution.
3. Commercial Operations & Communication Management
- Procurement Process: Execute vendor creation, Purchase Requisition/Order (PR/PO) generation, and invoice payment tracking.
- Commercial Announcement Management: Oversee the dissemination of product-related updates to ensure distributors and customers receive accurate information in a timely manner.
【Requirements】
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service (CS), or Commercial Operations.
- Professional Skills:
- Proficient in Excel (reporting skills required).
- Experience with SAP / ERP systems is a plus.
- Core Traits:
- Detail-Oriented & Compliance Mindset: Ability to accurately prepare official announcements and documents, ensuring information correctness.
- High Resilience: Capable of independently handling customer returns and complaints with professional composure.
- Communication: Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
